You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and purchase. Your account is personal and may not be transferred to others.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to designs you create. By uploading content, you grant us permission to produce your designs and display them in your account. You warrant that your designs do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are in USD and subject to change. Orders are accepted upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Custom items may not be returned unless defective. See our Shipping Policy and Return Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
YourWishCraft is not liable for indirect damages including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
